Ad Club Portfolio Workshop TODAY 10/30

If you are an Ad/PR major:
There is a great Ad Club event Tuesday at 5pm in Moudy 279S. It's a portfolio workshop that will be a great opportunity for you to find out what a portfolio is all about or if you already have one...this will be a great time for you to have professionals from the industry take a look at yours. I highly encourage this for Freshman/Sophomore Ad/PR majors!

Guests will include:

Mary Dulle, an ad junct professor here at TCU.
Carol Glover, creative director at Balcom Agency
Cassie Kruemcke, senior art director at Balcom Agency



If anything this will be a great opportunity to NETWORK with some high level professionals at agencies in Fort Worth.
Please come with your portfolio and questions.
Business attire is encouraged.

RealWorld IMC, a fresh addition to the Schieffer School of Journalism, is seeking interns for the spring semester. RealWorld is a student-managed advertising/p.r. agency where students have the opportunity to work with real clients from the local community and obtain samples for their portfolios.

You can still join AD Club! We're having a meeting Tuesday, October 23rd at 5:00 pm. We'll be discussing upcoming events that members can attend! Dues are $55 and need to be turned in by the end of the month.

PRSSA Meeting Thursday Oct. 11 @ 5 pm

PRSSA will hold its second meeting on Thursday, October 11 at 5 pm in Moudy 279 S. Meetings have been changed to every other Thursday at 5 pm. At this meeting we will discuss why join PRSSA, dues, plans for the year and help out with a campaign for TCU Technology Resources. Be sure to bring your checkbook or cash for dues ($60 for new members, $40 for old) and bring AD/PR friends with you...The more the merrier!
